Post Turkey day EQ2 fun…PINK Dragon’s

Nov 29, 2010

Just a quick post to check in.  I am still trying to recover from my day of deliciously over stuffing myself :)

The hubby has been in and out.  Every time he’s been home, I have bothered him about building an aquarium for my Wood Elve’s  study in EQ2.

I had read some articles on how to accomplish this feat.  I also know my own limitations.  Zeff is more patient than I am.  So I totally conned him into building one for me.  I won’t tell you how long it took him on Saturday.  Suffice it to say, it was a while :D

We had to run all the quests to get the plushies for the tank. That was not an easy feat, but we managed it. It looks pretty good, no?

I then moved on to creating an outside garden.

I will have to run more moonlight enchanments to get a few more trees and such.

Lastly, since I did nothing but talk about the color pink a few weeks ago on DDOcast, I want to show off my pink dragon. I have bought one for each of my character’s houses. I simply adore them. Someone remind me why I can’t have one of these in DDO?

DDOcast Episode 195 is out for your listening pleasure! I missed this week’s show, but SteinerDavion and Burrbaby join Annefried for an awesome show.

DDOcocktail Hour took off a week for the holiday. Hoping they are back this next week for some yummy listening.

  1. Awesome post baby, and yes it was a feat to create that but Iknow it made you happy. I get a Gold Star right. I do love your pink dragon, she looks adorable. By the people the aquarim is a tough bugger toget just right not for the inpatient.

  2. Rowanheal, I’ve been enjoying your blogs as I catch up while on vacation. Like the way your RSS feed actually has content that makes it readable any time on my PDA with no waiting. Not like some of those feeds with no content. I haven’t been back on The Fat Halfling / Mockduck since I saw you last but I bet the buffs are still active on Bagatelle. I need to read up on how to fall off an airship, though. I think she was sitting on the keel when last logged off. I don’t seem to have DDO on my laptop so when I last had a few moments I made few deliveries in the Shire instead. Been working on Mathoms. Its still such a friendly war free zone at my level-nice quiet escape. Wishing I’d been a little more wary of bears though. I never got past “The Wary” title. *g* Until next time…
